Robert A."Bob" Gappa - Founder & President
Bob’s background and experience has been in organizational development and design with a focus on building Customer-Centric Brands, strategic and organizational planning.
Bob received his Masters Degree from Saint Johns University in Collegeville, Minnesota in German Existential Systematic Theology. His career began as a college professor at Saint Leo College in Dade City Florida where he served as President of the faculty and on the Tenure & Curriculum Committees.

Pam joined Management 2000 in 1999 after retiring from a 25 year career in the travel industry. Her involvement in a large franchised travel company has brought a great deal of insight to the team as she has been in the franchisor’s role.
Her areas of expertise include franchise development, training, franchise relations, compliance, team building, leadership, communication and planning for profit.

Jesse’s experience in Marketing creative development and design have been utilized by several of Management 2000’s clients over the years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Jesse spent the bulk of his career with McCann-Erickson, one of the world’s largest multinational advertising agencies. As Senior Vice President and Executive Creative Director, he supervised creative for the agency’s largest corporate clients, including Exxon, McDonald’s and Texas Instruments. He developed a national reputation for development of the Exxon Tiger as a national icon, among other memorable campaigns. He is the winner of multiple awards, including 4 Clios.

Kit joined Management 2000 in 2006 as our Operations Consultant responsible for the Franchise Operations Manual division. Kit’s diverse background is a great addition to the team as he brings with him a variety of business experience.
He holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and received a degree in International Marketing from the University of London, London, England

Dean Myhr - Vice President Administration
Dean’s career has spanned across many different industries, always with a focus on the inside workings of a company. He brings to Management 2000 ways of identifying new and creative processes to make the inside operations of a company more efficient.
Andrew Erskine - Director Customer Experiences
Andrew brings new, young and “out of the box” thinking to our well established team. His focus will be on working with Management 2000 clients to help create a Customer-Centric Culture.
Sheelagh Simpson - Communications Manager
Sheelagh’s background is in technology and most recently in the travel industry. She is a very systematic person and has a keen ability, utilizing technology, to develop more efficient and effective processes.
Rose Milam - Manager Support Services
The success of every office lies in the person responsible for making sure that things happen on a daily basis and in the case of Management 2000 that is Rose. She takes care of all the “behind the scenes” activities that our clients don’t necessarily see, but certainly appreciate.
