During the 1½ engagement we discovered his strengths matched the challenges our clients face in transforming their organizations into World Class Customer-Centric Brands using Franchising as their Primary Growth Strategy.
His early business experience and influences came from working with his entrepreneur father and being an Associate and then Sporting Goods Manager at Wal-Mart [including mentoring by Sam Walton].

He brings his knowledge and expertise in these areas to client engagements.
A key component to building a successful franchise organization is having great franchisor/franchisee relationships.
